What can you expect after you place an order?

1. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
2. We will process your order as soon as possible.
3. Once the order has been collected and invoiced, you will receive an email with payment instructions. (if you have the option to order on account, this step will be skipped)
4. As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be shipped, you will receive the track & trace code by email.

Order placed & paid before 3pm will be shipped the same day

Shipping, packing & insurance costs:
All orders from Herens & Herens are shipped via PostNL (maximum weight 30 kg).
Shipping and packaging costs:
Letterbox package traceable
0 - 2 kg €5,25 ( only for the Netherlands )
Orders up to € 75.00 / maximum dimensions: 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm / maximum 2 kilos.

Bestellingen vanaf € 500,00 binnen Nederland en naar België worden portvrij verzonden ( maximaal 31 kilo )
Bestellingen vanaf 31 kg worden verzonden via pallet vervoer prijs vanaf € 65,00

Bestellingen naar het buitenland worden alleen verzonden via pakketpost.
